Hi! I’m Michelle, also known as MO. A former agency publicist turned communications consultant, TESOL educator, and no-fee travel curator.

A Marist University (nee College) graduate with a BA in Communication (minored in Business & Photography), my career spans fashion, B2B and B2C tech, financial services, venture capital, hospitality, lifestyle, social impact, etc., across the US, UK, EMEA, and LatAm, which has given me a sharp eye for positioning, messaging, and the kind of thoughtful strategy that helps teams stay aligned as they grow.

I started out in public relations representing outdoor lifestyle brands including REI Co-op, Fjällräven, and Obermeyer, before pivoting to tech to advise on communications strategy and brand awareness for companies such as RealPage, Lippincott, and AppZen.

I then joined global communications agency where I managed a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients — from one of North America's leading beverage companies, (Keurig) to an AI-powered luxury authentication platform (Entrupy) and sales + event management platform (Tripleseat). After several years in the New York office, I transferred to London in 2020 for a year-long assignment to help brands navigate cultural and market differences on both sides of the Atlantic.

Once back stateside, I moved on to lead a team representing both niche tech startups and enterprise companies including Morpheus Space, Fetch Rewards, SHINE Technologies, and PayZen, before joining a boutique agency where I worked with clients such as Chess.com, Sweetgreen, Wonder (Marc Lore’s superapp for mealtime), and Amex Ventures.

Having worked closely with C-suite leaders across fast-paced environments, I understand what it takes to keep executives focused, informed, and well-represented, while anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

After more than a decade leading communications for global brands, I took time to explore new creative directions and refine my approach to storytelling, while expanding into the areas of language education and travel. Today, I partner with founders, growing brands, SMBs, and startups ready to invest in how they show up; helping them clarify their message, build visibility, and communicate with the kind of confidence that moves their business forward.
